Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the website or booking cleaning services from Pryanaya Perlovka ("we", "us", "our", "Company").

By accessing our website, booking our services, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, then you may not access our website or use our services.

1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms of Service:

  • "Client", "You", "Your" refers to the individual or organisation accessing our website or using our services.
  • "Services" refers to the cleaning services provided by Pryanaya Perlovka as described on our website and in service agreements.
  • "Website" refers to the website operated by Pryanaya Perlovka, accessible at pryanaya-perlovka.com.
  • "Content" refers to text, images, videos, audio, and other material that may appear on our Website or is provided as part of our Services.

2. Use of Our Website

2.1 Acceptable Use

You agree to use our Website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the Website. Prohibited behaviour includes harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any person, transmitting obscene or offensive content, or disrupting the normal flow of dialogue within our Website.

2.2 Intellectual Property

The content, organisation, graphics, design, compilation, and other matters related to the Website are protected under applicable copyrights, trademarks, and other proprietary rights. Copying, redistribution, use, or publication by you of any such Content, is strictly prohibited without our express permission. 2.3 User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Website.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access our Website and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.

3. Booking and Provision of Services

3.1 Service Booking

By booking our cleaning services, you agree to provide accurate and complete information about your premises and specific cleaning requirements. We reserve the right to refuse service if the information provided is found to be inaccurate or if the premises present health and safety concerns for our staff.

3.2 Service Pricing

Prices for our services are as quoted on our website or in a customised quote provided to you. All prices are in British Pounds (GBP) and include Value Added Tax (VAT) where applicable. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time, but any price changes will not affect bookings that have already been confirmed.

3.3 Payment Terms

Payment methods accepted are specified on our website or during the booking process. For one-off services, full payment is required at the time of booking or upon completion of the service as specified in your booking confirmation. For regular cleaning services, payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement.

If you fail to make any payment due to us by the due date for payment, we may charge interest on the overdue amount at the rate of 4% per annum above the base rate of the Bank of England. This interest shall accrue on a daily basis from the due date until the date of actual payment of the overdue amount.

3.4 Cancellation and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule a confirmed booking, you must notify us at least 48 hours before the scheduled service time. For cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the total service cost.

If our cleaners arrive at your premises and are unable to gain access or cannot complete the service due to issues not attributable to us (such as no access, premises unsuitable for cleaning, etc.), we reserve the right to charge the full service amount.

3.5 Service Delivery

We will make every effort to provide the Services at the agreed time and date. However, we cannot be held responsible for delays or service provision failures due to factors beyond our reasonable control, such as severe weather conditions, traffic issues, or illness of staff.

We reserve the right to assign any cleaning professional to deliver the services. While we will try to accommodate preferences for specific cleaning staff, we cannot guarantee the availability of particular individuals.

3.6 Quality Assurance

If you are not satisfied with the quality of our services, you must inform us within 24 hours of service completion. We will re-clean any areas that do not meet our standards at no additional cost, provided the areas in question were included in the original service scope. This guarantee does not apply if the dissatisfaction arises due to conditions beyond our control or areas that were not accessible at the time of service.

4. Client Responsibilities

4.1 Property Access and Preparation

You are responsible for ensuring that our cleaning staff have access to your premises at the scheduled time. You must also ensure that the premises are reasonably clear of personal belongings to allow our cleaners to perform their duties effectively.

4.2 Safety and Security

You must ensure that your premises are safe for our staff to work in. This includes ensuring that all electrical equipment is in good working order, that there are no hazardous materials or conditions present, and that any pets are secured as necessary.

You are responsible for the security of your premises and possessions during and after our cleaning services. While we take utmost care, we recommend that valuable or fragile items are stored safely before our arrival.

4.3 Instructions and Special Requirements

You must provide clear instructions regarding any special cleaning requirements or areas that require particular attention. If specific cleaning products are required due to allergies or preferences, you should provide these or notify us in advance.

5. Liability and Insurance

5.1 Insurance Coverage

We maintain comprehensive public liability and professional indemnity insurance to cover any damages or losses that may occur due to our negligence during the provision of our services.

5.2 Limitation of Liability

Our liability for losses you suffer as a result of us breaching this agreement is strictly limited to the purchase price of the service you purchased and any losses which are a foreseeable consequence of us breaking the agreement. Losses are foreseeable where they could be contemplated by you and us at the time your order is accepted by us.

We are not responsible for:

  • Losses that were not caused by our breach of this agreement
  • Business losses (including loss of profits, revenue, contracts, anticipated savings, data, goodwill, or wasted expenditure)
  • Indirect or consequential losses that were not foreseeable to both you and us when the contract for the supply of services was formed

5.3 Damage to Property

We take every precaution to avoid damage to your property. In the unlikely event that damage occurs due to our negligence, you must report it to us within 24 hours of the service completion. We will investigate all reported incidents and may require evidence of the damage and its cause.

We will not be held responsible for:

  • Damage caused by faulty or improperly maintained items or facilities in your property
  • Pre-existing damage that was not reported to us before service provision
  • Minor wear and tear that may occur during normal cleaning processes
  • Damage resulting from our staff following your specific instructions

6. Data Protection and Privacy

We are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. Our Privacy Policy (which is incorporated into these Terms by reference) explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your personal information when you use our website or services.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services or website immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

For clients with ongoing service agreements, termination terms will be as specified in your service agreement. In general, either party may terminate ongoing service agreements by providing at least 7 days' written notice.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our website or services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using our website and services.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.

10. Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises between you and Pryanaya Perlovka, we strongly encourage you to contact us directly to seek a resolution. We will consider reasonable requests to resolve the dispute through alternative dispute resolution procedures, such as mediation or arbitration, as alternatives to litigation.

Any legal action or proceedings arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of England and Wales, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

11. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

12. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any service agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and Pryanaya Perlovka regarding our services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
